This 6-week class, led by Pam Myers, is designed to guide women in making healthy eating a long-term lifestyle by implementing small, sustainable changes. Understand how the life of our bodies relates to the life of our souls as we learn to care for ourselves in a way that pleases God.
This course features live teaching followed by small-group discussion and accountability. Ongoing access to support, resources, and recipes.

Week 6 – Seasonings, Healthy Snacks, and How to Eat When Dining Out
