What are Growth Groups?
Growth Groups (our small groups at Living Word) are gatherings of 6-12 adults meeting 3-4 times per month to explore the beauty and power of a life transformed by Jesus. Our small groups offer you the opportunity to belong, connect, and grow in your life with Christ.
Groups study the scriptures and a variety of Christian living topics, including faith, marriage, parenting, and more. God designed us to be in community with others where we experience love, security, and encouragement.
Annual Growth Group Celebration dinners
End a year of enjoying meeting together as a group with a celebration! Groups gather together for a delicious dinner in Common Grounds followed by an interactive program hosted by Pastor Ned Keene. This encouraging and heart-filling evening is designed for your group to rejoice in the beautiful life changes God has made through community this year, and the transforming friendships we’ve developed in our groups.
Dinner begins at 6:30 pm, with the program following immediately after.

Types of Groups
We have a multitude of groups for married couples spanning the various stages of adult life—young families, empty nesters, retirees, etc.
(Couples and Singles)
We have groups that are composed of both married couples as well as adults who are single. They enjoy the diversity this brings.
Staying connected as a single adult is critical to growing and developing as a follower of Christ. Sometimes the circumstances of your singleness can be painful and challenging.
Gather with other men for a time of encouragement, learning, prayer, and growth. We have small groups that meet as a part of Men’s::life as well as groups that are independent.
Women gather for a time of encouragement, caring, and prayer as they seek to support each other and challenge each other to see Jesus in their lives.
