The Leading Edge (Leadership & Spiritual Maturity)

The Leading Edge provides leadership training to help people grow in the skills of leadership, the necessary mindsets and core perspectives of servant leadership, and the spiritual formation of one’s inner world which is necessary for fruitful leadership. This training is relevant and useful for those who provide leadership in the world, as well as in the church.

Leadership in Action
For previous participants of LW Leadership Foundations ONLY please
16-week course | Thursdays at 7:00 pm
September 30 through November 18, 2010 | January 13 through March 3, 2011

A 16-week, case-based application in which participants will apply the principles learned in the Leadership Foundations course to real life leadership scenarios as an opportunity to problem solve with other leaders regarding the joys and difficulties of living Christian leadership inside and outside the church while building a network of potentially ongoing mutual support.

Each session is facilitated around real life leadership in which participants will share challenges or successes, and discussions will revolve around principles previously taught in Leadership Foundations. Process will encourage participants to establish leadership principles as their paradigm for looking at leadership challenges and development of stronger, Christ-centered leadership style. Be prepared to spend time in self examination, share examples from personal experience, and listen and apply LF principles for discussion in small groups and mid-size community.

Class size is limited and open only to previous participants of LW Leadership Foundations.
