Men's Fraternity provides a process that encourages a life of authentic manhood as modeled by Jesus Christ and directed by the Word of God. We hope you will join us as we come together and strengthen each other through weekly sessions that combine biblical teaching and small group interaction.

The true power of Men's Fraternity lies in bringing men together on common ground to learn together and listen to each other. Bonds of true God-centered friendships are formed as men encourage each other week-by-week to more fully embrace a godly view of manhood.

OUR GOAL: When men connect in life-changing ways, a powerful ripple effect touches families, workplaces, and the church. Deeper connections with God and other men inspire participants to connect more meaningfully in all facets of their lives. They climb beyond the walls of isolation and aspire to a biblical viewpoint marked by integrity.

Growing up in inner city Baltimore without a father, without a stable grandfather, and without any uncles or any immediate male role models certainly had an impact on my life. Exposure of drugs, alcohol, fighting, hustling, and crime to get ahead was the norm. Without proper mentoring and guidance from an immediate role model, was sure to have its impact on my life.

I have had a relation with Christ in the past, but it was one that was on my terms and when I had time to fit him in. I say one thing….and then do the complete opposite. I was a hypocrite as I would give others proper advice and guidance that was Godly, however I would not follow the same advice.

I would try to hide and soak my wounds in the bottle, and this continued even after I joined the Marine Corps. Even after my enlistment, I would indulge in pornography and occasionally go to a strip club, to give me that quick fix for excitement to fill a void. My wife was faithfully raising two young kids on here own, while I was kidding myself and lying to her. Certainly, she could have used my help, for our kids and for our marriage.

This changed in August 2005 when my world was rocked by a well-deserved DUI arrest. In the weeks that followed, Christ changed my life forever. Meeting with men one morning each week gave me the fellowship and guidance I needed, and now, thanks to Men’s Fraternity, I have an understanding of what authentic manhood really is.

Men’s Fraternity has provided the means to help me grow….by unpacking my past and the wounds haunted me. Men’s Frat has helped drop from my childhood, and my guilt and resentment have been washed away.

As a husband and father of three, I understand it is my duty, charged by God, to build a nurturing environment for the enhancement of God’s kingdom…. To put on God’s armor to defend my family from harm’s way… to emulate through daily regiment of focusing in prayer to be more Christ like by being patient with my family. As a husband, I am there for my wife daily by telling how much I love here, and by writing notes and cards to let you know I love and appreciate her.

A decades-old search is over, and I am a new man on fire for my family and for our family. My temptations still try me, but the fellowship and teaching of Men’s Fraternity strengthen me in Christ. Men’s Fraternity has provided me the key to authentic manhood God intended for us: Jesus Christ.
