This 6-week class led by Pam Myers begins January 13 and is designed to guide women in making healthy eating a long-term lifestyle by implementing small, sustainable changes. Understand how the life of our bodies relates to the life of our souls as we learn to care for ourselves in a way that pleases God.
The course features live teaching followed by small-group discussion and accountability. Ongoing access to support, resources, and recipes.

Week 2 – Portion Control, Mindful Eating, Emotional Eating
Week 3 – Water, Fruits, Vegetables, Healthy Fats
Week 4 – Whole Grains, Natural Sugars, Dairy
Week 5 – Proteins, Beverages, Beans, Nuts
Week 6 – Seasonings, Healthy Snacks, and How to Eat When Dining Out
