Some people don’t seem to get much exercise. If this is the only exercise you get, then you might be in trouble.
Jumping to conclusions
Running other people down
Jumping through the hoops of others’ expectations
Lugging around baggage from the past
Running on empty
Carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders
Carrying the burden of guilt and shame (when you are free)
Beating yourself up
Dancing with the devil
If this is your only exercise, then maybe it is better to be a couch potato!
Try jumping for joy instead!
