Welcome to our digital prayer wall, a place to share a prayer request or praise with others who call Living Word their home, and join in praying for the needs of our church family. When submitting a prayer request you are giving consent for the church to post information online. We have the right to edit content for readability, length, or privacy concerns. Please note the share with options below.

Although prayers may be submitted at any time, they are processed during normal office hours and posted upon review (Monday through Thursday 9:00 am– 2:00 pm). If you require immediate assistance, please contact the church office at 717.755.0089 and ask for our pastoral care team or The Counseling Center.

You may add your prayer request or praise to our digital prayer wall by using the form below. When making your "Please share this with …" selection, note the drop-down choices of "anonymously," which will post your request without a name, or "do not share this," which keeps your post off the digital prayer wall, but still received by our pastoral care team. Thank you!

Josh is getting a chance for a transplant!

Thank you all for your prayers and please continue as he has a long way to go.

Please read what his Mom told me:

He was accepted for transplant which is such a blessing. He says he has been given a second chance at life and he is never going to take that for granted. I know this young man will glorify God in all he does. He should be listed by the end of March. He has some bloodwork they need to improve and sent him a few prescriptions but it is minimal and for that I am so grateful.

Thank you so much for your continued prayers. There is still a long journey ahead!!

I went to the ER early Tuesday morning. I was discharged on Friday, having worn a heart monitor during my care to show my heart was not the problem, but was caused by pain that had lowered my blood pressure too low to register a pulse. The pain continues to be with me (chest pain radiating into my back every time I sneeze or cough). Though this request does not compare to other prayer requests, I do appreciate your lifting me before the Lord for relief. Thank you. PTL for answered prayer!

Please pray for my co-worker, Jackie's son, Joshua. He was born 2 months early and has battled autoimmune disorders all his life. The latest is autoimmune liver disease. His liver is compromised and now a transplant is necessary. He is 32 and the most caring soul I know. We have a strong faith but I will be honest and tell you my fear has clobbered my faith a few times. So prayers have helped me as well. Thanks and God bless all who are praying for my son.

(Jackie, mother of Joshua and my co-worker)

We would really appreciate a prayer going out to Mike, our son-in-law's brother. Mike has been in ICU in Ohio for a week. He contracted Gillain- Barre Syndrome, G B S. It is an autoimmune disorder that attacks parts of the nervous system. It is said to be quite painful and disabling.

Thank you so much. May God bless you all.
