A Joyful Kickoff to the Holiday Season at Living Word

Let’s kick off the Christmas season together! On Sunday, November 30, Living Word invites you to an afternoon filled with joy, laughter, and holiday cheer at our first-ever Holiday Tree Lighting Celebration.

The fun begins at 3:30 pm with live music — the perfect warm-up for a festive afternoon with friends, family, and neighbors. Then, at 4:00 pm, in our main auditorium, we'll start a special movie showing of The Muppet Christmas Carol — a beloved classic for all ages! Enjoy it “movie theater style” with popcorn and hot cocoa as we settle in for a heartwarming story that reminds us of generosity, hope, and the true spirit of Christmas.

When the final scene fades, the celebration continues outside as we light our Christmas tree for the first time! This glowing moment marks the official start of the Christmas season at Living Word — a bright reminder of the light of Christ shining in our world.
