How Formation Happens

On New Year's Day I gave you 7 Practices for 2023.

At the end of that post, I said you need a plan and you need a mindset. Growth is hard, otherwise we would all be a lot farther along than we are. Change is hard, otherwise we would have already changed those things that need to change.

But these things are even harder when we have the wrong mindset or perspective about growth and change.  

In this post, I will explain five aspects of growth. 

This understanding of growth guides everything we do at Living Word. We design processes that take time. We get you the resources you use in those processes. We help you think, pray, read, learn, have conversations, reflect on your life, discern what Jesus is saying, and identify the crucial areas of application.

And then we help you do it the next day... and the next week... and all year long.

Long...
Slow...
Deep...
Difficult...
Particular...
GRACED...
