In Matthew 22:34–46, Jesus is questioned by religious leaders seeking to trip Him up about the greatest commandment in the law. Through His response and His counter-question regarding the Messiah, Jesus reveals that loving God with all our heart, soul, and mind is inseparable from sacrificial love for our neighbor. But this command calls for much deeper action than surface-level politeness or head knowledge. Are you allowing the Holy Spirit to transform your heart so you can love others through presence, loyalty, and humility?
