As our full-time Student Ministry Lead, you will work closely with the Director of Student and Family Ministry to develop and execute a dynamic, Christ-centered program for middle and high school students (grades 7-12). Your role will include teaching, mentoring, and fostering relationships that encourage students to encounter Jesus and live out their calling.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and deliver biblically sound, engaging lessons.
• Support weekly gatherings, retreats, mission trips, and special events.
• Build and mentor a team of dedicated volunteer leaders.
• Partner with parents and guardians to support them as primary spiritual influencers.
• Collaborate with church staff to integrate students into the broader church community.
• Stay attuned to youth culture to ensure relevance and impact.

• Passion for mentoring and discipling students.
• A bachelor’s degree in ministry, theology, education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in student ministry leadership.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

We’re looking for a Part-Time Administrative Coordinator to support our vibrant life groups (both large communities and small groups) at Living Word.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to our growth and development team members along with ministry partners.
• Coordinate schedules, communications, and resources.
• Foster a welcoming and organized environment for our church family.

• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to details.
• A heart for ministry, hospitality, and a passion for helping others grow in their faith.
• Great work ethic and works collaboratively and independently.

This part-time, eighteen hour per week, role is perfect for someone who values community, enjoys helping others encounter Jesus together, and being part of a mission-focused team.

Serves the ministries of Living Word providing childcare services for the benefit of parents attending daytime and evening events. Must be able to provide a safe and secure environment where children feel comfortable, communicating and relating well to parents and the children in their care. It is expected that Childcare Provider will maintain a positive attitude and interact with parents, children, and team members in a loving, kind, respectful, firm, and self-controlled manner as they represent the church through their work with the children and parents.
