Part Time,  15-Hours per week

The Administrative Coordinator – Congregational Experience provides organized, proactive administrative and logistical support to ministry teams that help create meaningful congregational experiences and foster engagement across the church. This role supports the Experience and Engagement team to help ensure effective coordination, excellent hospitality, and smooth execution of ministry initiatives.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by serving behind the scenes to help ministry events, communications, and congregational experiences run with excellence.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous administrative support experience preferred, ideally in a ministry or nonprofit setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of discretion.
  • Self-starter who enjoys both independent work and collaborative team environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook) and database management experience preferred.
  • Organized, efficient, and adaptable amid changing priorities and interruptions.
  • Commitment to deliver great hospitality and promote a welcoming environment.

Part Time,  25-Hours per week

The Administrative Coordinator - Fusion plays a vital role in supporting the effectiveness and growth of Living Word’s student ministry (grades 7–12) and young adults. This individual provides high-level administrative, organizational, and communication support to ensure that programs, events, and ongoing ministry efforts are executed with excellence.

This role requires strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while contributing to a welcoming, well-organized, and Christ-centered environment for students, families, and volunteers.

Qualifications: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Prior administrative, ministry, or office experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to connect well with students, parents, and volunteers
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, as required by ministry needs
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook) and willing to learn a church management system
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in all matters
  • Commitment to deliver great hospitality and promote a welcoming environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and disciplined to follow through

Part Time,  Seasonal

The Childcare Provider serves the ministries of Living Word, providing childcare services for the benefit of parents attending limited daytime and evening events offered through Living Word.  This person must be able to provide a safe and secure environment where children feel comfortable, communicating and relating well to parents and the children in their care.

It is expected that the childcare provider will maintain a positive attitude and interact with parents, children, and team members in a loving, kind, respectful, firm, and self-controlled manner as they represent the church through their work with the children and parents.

September 2026 – April 2027
1st & 3rd Tuesdays
9:15–11:45 AM

Requirements: 
  • Is reliable and punctual in arriving on or ahead of the expected time.
  • Must be able to lift small children and get down on the floor to play.
  • The right person for this position is a self-starter, capable of leading children in a group environment and play setting with minimal supervision.
  • Able to articulate your relationship with Jesus and demonstrate a willingness to grow.
  • A good communicator who is team-oriented, fun to work with, and open to critique from team members.
  • Passionate about caring for children in a safe and engaging environment.
  • Models Christlike character, integrity, and a heart for serving others.

Full Time, 40-hours Per Week

The Production Support Specialist serves Living Word by providing broad production and AVL
support for worship services, events, and churchwide gatherings. Reporting to the Director of
Production, this role helps extend the leadership, support capacity, and operational effectiveness
helping ensure a high level of excellence, readiness, and technical reliability across Sunday
services, rehearsals, special events, and building-wide production environments.

This position combines hands-on production support with staff and volunteers, planning, and
operational follow-through. The Production Support Specialist supports the execution of live
production needs, assists with AVL systems and environments, and partners with ministry teams
to create distraction-free environments where people can encounter Jesus together.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in AVL, production management, live event production, or a related technical production role; church production experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting technical production for worship services, live events, or similar environments requiring coordination of audio, video, lighting, and volunteer teams.
  • Experience troubleshooting AVL systems and maintaining production.
  • Strong working knowledge of AVL systems and production tools used in church or live-event environments. 
  • Proficiency with tools such as ProPresenter, digital sound consoles, lighting systems, and related production technology; familiarity with Planning Center is preferred.
  • Vibrant, growing relationship with Jesus, marked by love for God’s Word, people, and mission; has professed faith and been baptized.
  • Maintains a healthy spiritual life through consistent spiritual practices.
  • Demonstrates strong Christlike character and integrity.
  • Demonstrates flexibility, composure, and problem-solving ability in live ministry environments.
  • Fully aligned with and actively supports Living Word’s beliefs, mission, vision, and values.
  • Communicates clearly, relates well to others, and functions effectively as a team player.
  • Strong troubleshooting, systems thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Leads relationally with wisdom and grace - shepherding others, pursuing growth, and handling conflict with truth and love.
