Seeking a full-time Kindergarten–Third Grade Lead to provide leadership for our ministry to elementary-aged children. This individual will create engaging, Christ-centered environments where children encounter Jesus, build biblical foundations, and develop meaningful relationships with caring leaders.

The position will recruit, equip, schedule, and encourage volunteers while overseeing curriculum, classroom environments, family engagement, safety practices, and ministry operations. This role will also assist the Managing Director of Kid Life with ministry-wide planning, volunteer development, special events, and other key initiatives.

Qualifications:

• A vibrant and growing relationship with Jesus and alignment with Living Word’s beliefs, mission, vision, and values.
• A bachelor’s degree in education, child development, ministry, or a related field.
• At least three years of children’s ministry leadership experience.
• Experience recruiting, coaching, and leading large volunteer teams.

• This is a full-time, non-exempt, on-site position located in Red Lion, Pennsylvania. 
• The role includes regular weekend responsibilities and occasional extended hours for special events and major ministry seasons.

The Production Support Specialist serves Living Word by providing broad production and AVL support for worship services, events, and church-wide gatherings. Reporting to the Director of Production, this role helps extend the leadership, support capacity, and operational effectiveness, helping ensure a high level of excellence, readiness, and technical reliability across Sunday services, rehearsals, special events, and building-wide production environments.

This position combines hands-on production support with staff and volunteers, planning, and operational follow-through. The Production Support Specialist supports the execution of live production needs, assists with AVL systems and environments, and partners with ministry teams to create distraction-free environments where people can encounter Jesus together.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AVL, production management, live event production, or a related technical production role; church production experience preferred.
• Experience supporting technical production for worship services, live events, or similar environments requiring coordination of audio, video, lighting, and volunteer teams.
• Experience troubleshooting AVL systems and maintaining production.
• Strong working knowledge of AVL systems and production tools used in church or live-event environments. 
• Proficiency with tools such as ProPresenter, digital sound consoles, lighting systems, and related production technology; familiarity with Planning Center is preferred.

The Facilities Associate helps maintain a clean, safe, welcoming, and well-prepared environment for staff, volunteers, guests, and the congregation. Working Tuesday through Saturday, this hands-on role performs housekeeping and custodial duties, prepares and resets rooms for ministry activities and events, and responds to facility needs with reliability and a servant-hearted approach.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required. 
• Previous custodial, housekeeping, facilities, hospitality, or event-setup experience preferred. 
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, attention to detail, and ability to complete assigned work with limited supervision.
• Ability to organize tasks, manage time well, follow written and verbal instructions, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic knowledge of safe cleaning practices and the proper use of custodial chemicals, tools, and equipment; willingness to complete required training.
• Ability to interact respectfully and professionally with staff, volunteers, ministry participants, vendors, and guests.

The Worship Associate supports Living Word Community Church’s Adult and Fusion high school worship ministries in pursuit of our mission of Encountering Jesus Together. The role helps prepare and lead Christ-centered, biblically grounded worship experiences, supports rehearsals and service preparation, and encourages the musical and spiritual growth of younger and older worship team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of leading a contemporary worship team, with demonstrated ability to lead worship and contribute to rehearsals; experience in a large church with multiple services preferred.
• Strong vocal ability and proficiency on a primary instrument, preferably guitar or keyboard; ability to arrange music, communicate musical concepts, and lead a contemporary worship team.
• Biblical understanding of worship and demonstrated ability to lead with warmth, clarity, and sensitivity to the congregation.
• A mature relationship with Jesus Christ, and wholehearted alignment with Living Word’s theology, mission, values, and ministry philosophy.
• Maintains a healthy spiritual life through consistent spiritual practices.
• Communicates clearly, relates well to others, and functions effectively as a team player.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relational skills; able to manage priorities, receive feedback, handle conflict constructively, and remain composed in live services.
• Comfort using worship planning software, digital music resources, and office tools; ability to learn Living Word’s designated systems.

The Childcare Provider serves the ministries of Living Word, providing childcare services for the benefit of parents attending limited daytime and evening events offered through Living Word.  This person must be able to provide a safe and secure environment where children feel comfortable, communicating and relating well to parents and the children in their care.

It is expected that the childcare provider will maintain a positive attitude and interact with parents, children, and team members in a loving, kind, respectful, firm, and self-controlled manner as they represent the church through their work with the children and parents.
