We’re looking for a Part-Time Administrative Coordinator to support our vibrant life groups (both large communities and small groups) at Living Word.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to our growth and development team members along with ministry partners.
• Coordinate schedules, communications, and resources.
• Foster a welcoming and organized environment for our church family.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to details.
• A heart for ministry, hospitality, and a passion for helping others grow in their faith.
• Great work ethic and works collaboratively and independently.

This part-time, eighteen hour per week, role is perfect for someone who values community, enjoys helping others encounter Jesus together, and being part of a mission-focused team.

Serves the ministries of Living Word providing childcare services for the benefit of parents attending daytime and evening events. Must be able to provide a safe and secure environment where children feel comfortable, communicating and relating well to parents and the children in their care. It is expected that Childcare Provider will maintain a positive attitude and interact with parents, children, and team members in a loving, kind, respectful, firm, and self-controlled manner as they represent the church through their work with the children and parents.

Tuesday Evenings every Tuesday 5:40-8:20PM
