Living Word is seeking a highly organized, Christ-centered Administrative Coordinator to support our pastoral care and spiritual growth ministries. This full-time (40 hours/week), on-site role plays a vital part in helping our church care for people, deepen spiritual formation, and foster engagement across our community.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Provides essential administrative, communication, and logistical support for ministry areas such as pastoral care, membership, first steps, Alpha, and spiritual formation.
• Coordinate schedules, communications, and resources.
• Foster a welcoming and organized environment for our church family.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills with great attention to detail.
• A heart for ministry, hospitality, and a passion for helping others grow in their faith.
• Great work ethic and works collaboratively and independently.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
• Someone self-motivated who is willing to work at Living Word Sunday through Thursday.

Serves the ministries of Living Word providing childcare services for the benefit of parents attending daytime events. Must be able to provide a safe and secure environment where children feel comfortable, communicating and relating well to parents and the children in their care. It is expected that Childcare Provider will maintain a positive attitude and interact with parents, children, and team members in a loving, kind, respectful, firm, and self-controlled manner as they represent the church through their work with the children and parents.
