Small Group Leaders
A Small Group Leader is a dedicated follower of Jesus who chooses to invest in the lives of a few students by modeling what faith in Jesus looks like.
Without a relationship, it's impossible to influence a student's faith in a significant way. That's why SGLs seek to build relationships and create a small group environment where students can be known, cared for, and challenged as they are discipled.
Small Group Leaders can't make a student take the next step in their faith, but they can come alongside their students on the journey of discovering who Jesus is, who Jesus says they are, and how He wants to transform their hearts and lead them through life.

Welcome Team
Our greeters on the Welcome Team are the first people students meet when they arrive, so they've got a pretty big responsibility! Our greeters have the ability to set the tone for the kind of experience students are going to have when they walk through our doors. It's not just about signing them in. It's about making them feel seen, cared for, and liked. An awesome greeter has the opportunity to begin breaking down walls so that, for the rest of our program, students are more open to connect with others, to connect with their small group leaders, and to connect with God.
Safety Team
We believe that church should be a safe place to explore a relationship with Christ. The goal of the Safety Team is to leverage knowledge and practice of public safety to ensure that every event is as safe as possible. Maintaining the physical safety of students and leaders is an important job!
Hospitality Team
Food is a pretty powerful thing. Seriously, think about the memories, the conversations, and the friendships you've built around food! A meal, a cup of cocoa, or a fun treat can bring people together and make them smile. That's what our Hospitality Team gets to do every single week.
Whether making popcorn or scooping ice cream, this team does work that matters. It's not just about the food. It's about the experience of kindness, generosity, and service they're creating for students and leaders each week.

Connection Team
Helping students feel seen, named, and known is the focus of the Fusion Connection Team. They do this by getting to know new students and helping them make connections with others. These connections lead to a sense of belonging. For many students, experiencing belonging is the first step to believing and this team gets to be an important part of that journey.
