Ryan McCleary, MS, BCCC
Counselor
Ryan earned his Master of Science Degree in Counselor Education from Western Maryland College (McDaniel College) in Westminster, MD in 2001 and is a Board-Certified Christian Counselor through IBCC. He has worked as a School Counselor since 2002, receiving his Secondary School Counselor Certification in 2005. His prior work includes employment as a Therapeutic Staff Support Behavioral Specialist and a Mobile Therapist.
Scripture is foundational to Ryan’s counseling approach, as he delves into the individual’s spiritual perspectives and life goals as established through God’s word. Ryan’s specialties include working with Couples, Families, and Teens who experience mental health issues, in addition to other complicated life circumstances.
Ryan and his wife, Karla have been married since 2001. They greatly enjoy their fifteen nieces and nephews, in addition to their two Shih-Tzu’s. Together they have also served as Foster Parents. In their free time they appreciate spending time with family and friends, and they enjoy traveling. They have attended Chapel Church in Red Lion since 2004.
