First Steps Towards Whole Food, Plant-Based Living
Do you want to get well? Take your first steps towards health this January by joining us as we explore whole-food, plant-based living through the lens of the Forks Over Knives documentary and a Christian, Bible-based approach to caring for the body over the course of four weeks. Each week we’ll watch a segment of the documentary and reflect as a group through discussion on how taking care of our bodies and making healthy lifestyle choices honors God and allows His will to be done in our lives.
We’ll explore simple ways to choose and prepare nourishing foods while learning how these habits support long-term health and align with biblical principles of stewardship and honoring God’s temple. The focus is on clear information, practical tools, and steady encouragement to help you make sustainable changes at your own pace. We will be meeting on zoom.
